INSPIRATION
Beautiful apartments can be offered to tenants at affordable prices. This is done by selecting the right properties in the right neighborhoods and carefully re-developing with costs clearly understood. Currently, the affordable end of the rental market is underserved. Typically, an affordable apartment means inattentive landlords, unattractive properties, poor maintenance and safety. Our experience has revealed that there are many tenants seeking nice apartments at more affordable prices. This tenant base often includes students, young professionals, artists, and other urban pioneers seeking to live outside of the developed neighborhoods. We can offer a solution to the demands of this tenant base and restore beautiful architecture in the process.
